Every credit sale goes on the customer's account right at the till or on the invoice. You always know who owes how much and since when, and a reminder on WhatsApp is one tap away.

Pick the customer
Search by name or mobile number. A new customer is added in a few seconds.
Press Pay, then Udhaar
Take what they pay now in cash, card or wallet. The rest goes on their account.
They see what they owe
The receipt and the screen show the new balance, so there is no argument later.
Credit limits
A limit the till actually respects.
Set a limit for each customer: a small one for someone new, a bigger one for a trusted trade customer. When a sale would go over it, the till stops and says why.
- Only people you choose can allow a sale above the limit, and their name is kept with it.
- Payment terms per customer: end of month, 15 days, or cash only.
Getting paid
Remind them on WhatsApp, politely and with the right amount.
Press WhatsApp on a customer and the message opens on your phone with their balance and last payment already written. Read it, change it if you like, and send.
- Statements for any dates as a PDF or printed on A4, with every sale and payment.
- Payments by cash, bank, wallet or cheque, including post-dated cheques you hold until the date.
- A receipt for every payment, so the customer has proof too.

One list of everyone who owes you.
See every balance, sorted by who has owed longest. Old udhaar is where money gets lost, so it is shown first.
- Balances by age: under 30 days, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90.
- Loyalty points for regulars, if you want them.
- Export to Excel whenever you like.

About udhaar in Centrixa.
Can a customer pay part now and the rest later?
Yes. At the till choose how much is paid now (cash, card or wallet) and put the rest on account. Later payments are taken against the oldest bills first, or against the bills you pick.
What happens when a customer reaches their credit limit?
The till tells the cashier how much the customer would owe and stops the sale. Only people you allow can sell above the limit, and Centrixa records who did.
Can I bring in the balances from my old khata?
Yes. Add your customers with what each one owes today, typed in or imported from Excel, and carry on from there.
Do the customers need an app?
No. Reminders and statements reach them on WhatsApp or as a PDF. They only need their phone.
