Every batch and every unit, traced.

For anything with a shelf life, each batch keeps its expiry date and its own cost, and the earliest expiry is sold first. For anything with a serial number, each unit is followed from the supplier to the customer, and on to warranty and service.

About inventory.

Can I track stock in several places?

Yes. Each branch can have several stores or warehouses. Transfers show as "in transit" until they are received at the other end.

How is stock valued?

By weighted average cost or FIFO, chosen once for your business. Freight and duty on purchases are added to the cost of the goods.

Can I count stock without closing the business?

Yes. Enter what you counted; Centrixa works out the difference when you post the count and adjusts the books.

Can I bring in my current stock?

Yes, from Excel: items, barcodes, quantities and costs, checked row by row before anything is saved.
