Questions
About installments.
Can I set my own plans?
Yes. Make ready-made plans (for example 3, 6 or 12 months) with their markup and smallest down payment, or set a plan by hand for one customer.
How are late fees charged?
You choose: none, a fixed amount, or a percentage of the late installment, after the grace days you set. A late fee can also be waived.
Can I move plans from my old register?
Yes. A plan that is already running can be added with what has been paid so far, and continues from there.
What if a customer stops paying?
Record calls, visits and promises. If needed, take the goods back or write off what is left; the books are adjusted for you.
